Need a different style, size, or color? We've got you covered! Returns and exchanges are 100% on us within the contiguous US. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method or digital store credit.

We stand behind our sweatwear and want you to be satisfied. We'll always do our best to take care of you, and our goal is to support your health and wellness goals.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, so we offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order. You can exchange for a different style, size, color or receive a refund to your original payment method or digital store credit.
How do I exchange for a different color/size?
  1. Enter your order number and zip code and select "Start a return or exchange"
  2. Click the item you want to exchange for a new size or color and choose 'Exchange'
  3. Select what size and color and you want
  4. Tell us why you'd like to exchange and continue with the exchange
  5. We'll ship you the item!

  4. Tell us why you'd like to exchange and continue with the exchange
  5. At the end, select "Shop now" to choose which style you'd like to exchange for
How do I get a refund?
Refund to the original payment method
  1. Put in your order number and zip code and select "start a return or exchange"
  2. Click the item you want a refund for and choose 'Return'
  3. Tell us why you'd like a refund and continue with the return
  4. At the end, select "No thanks" and choose to get a refund back to your original payment method.
Refund to a digital gift card
  1. Put in your order number and zip code and select "start a return or exchange"
  2. Click the item you want a refund for and choose 'Return'
  3. Tell us why you'd like a refund and continue with the return
  4. At the end, select "No, thanks" and choose store credit
What types of refunds can I get?
Items can be exchanged for any other product(s) of equal or lesser value, digital gift cards, or your original payment method.
How soon will I receive my exchanged item?
It takes 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) for your return to be processed. After that, your order ships back out to you immediately!
Do Sweat Shaper gift cards expire?
No, they never expire!
Is the return policy the same for customers outside the US?
Yes, all customers have the option of exchanging or returning their items no matter where they live, but we don't cover reverse shipping costs outside of the US.
Why do you have such a flexible return and exchange policy?
Our goal is to build trust with you and create a long-term relationship. We stand behind what we offer and hope that customers who shop with us know that if their purchase isn't right, we'll do whatever we can to fix it.
