I tried them on as soon as I got them, trying to ensure they fit. I normally wear a l-xl but after reading the reviews I got a 2xl. I wanted to make sure that the didn’t slide down. They do stay up but when you wear with the tank they do tend to slip both ways the shirt rises and the bottoms slide down a little. They run small so make sure you up size. They do help you to lose water weight. They are light weight and don’t wear you down. If you’re hippy like me I would recommend the high waisted ones. I haven’t purchased them yet it I’ll let you know when.
These are my second pair of pants I love all of my items. I love the camp design and hope to see some bright colors for next spring. I jog 5-7 days a week and this is helping me slim down faster. I’m now down 30lbs and still going. It’s a WIN WIN 🥇
Word to the wise drink Pedialyte to replace lost electrolytes from all the sweating.
These leggings run smaller, I had a hard time getting them on. I like the way they look, and you definitely sweat alot with them on. I will definitely have to try a larger size.
.I own the camoflauge outfit shown above, the black tee, the black leggings,and the arm trimmers. All are the same size but the camoflauge material is super restricting despite being the same size. Order 2 sizes up if you have thicker legs and posterior and in the camoflauge I would order 3 sizes up. BUT other than that... This is THE BEST INVESTMENT to your fitness journey. It definitely helps slim the body when used in addition to a healthy eating lifestyle and workout regimen
